Staff Correspondent, Chattogram : Reaffirming its commitment to ensuring quality service and enhancing the professional competence of its officials, Otithee Group successfully organized a day-long workshop for its key officials on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the conference hall of Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View.
The event brought together senior organizational and administrative officials from various districts and upazilas across the Chattogram Division. The workshop was attended by Lion Saiful Islam Shohel (PMJF), Chairman of Otithee Group, as the chief guest. In his keynote address, Lion Saiful Islam Shohel outlined the company's visionary roadmap for addressing the challenges of the 21st century global business environment. Presenting a clear strategic direction, he said, "To keep pace with today's rapidly changing and highly competitive market, we must move beyond conventional thinking and embrace modern, innovative and strategic decision-making.

Speaking as special guests, Lion Dr. Sirajul Islam and Lion Md. Nurunnabi Mridha, Directors of the company's Board, shared valuable insights into business operations, modern market expansion strategies and institutional accountability. They emphasized technologydriven marketing approaches and the importance of achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction to remain competitive in today's corporate environment. The workshop was chaired by Lion Manjur Morshed, Deputy Director of Otithee Limited, while Lion Engr. Biswajit Guha, Assistant Director, conducted the programme. Throughout the day, participants attended practical sessions on modern business strategies, organizational capacity building and leadership development.
