TLI equips club officers for successful leadership journey

TBT DESK: Toastmasters International District 41 successfully organized the Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) – Club Officers Training Program for Division E and Division F on 31st July 2026 at 3:00 PM at Eon Convention Center (Level-9), 304 Bir Uttam Mir Shawkat Sarak, Dhaka-1208. The event brought together club officers from across Bangladesh to strengthen leadership, communication, and club management skills for the 2026–2027 Toastmasters year through keynote sessions, interactive workshops, and role-specific officer training.

The program commenced with a welcome by Division F Director TM Md. Shek Sadi, followed by an inspiring keynote address by District Director of District 41, Md. Golam Dastagir (Jony), DTM, who encouraged club officers to lead with excellence, foster member engagement, and build high-performing clubs.

The learning sessions were conducted by an experienced team of trainers, including Dr. Jamal Uddin Jamy, DTM (Distinguished Club Program), TM Nusrat Huda, DTM (Dashboard & Club Central), TM Md. A.K. Azad (Awards), and a special session facilitated by TM Ahmed Syed Anwar. The breakout Club Officers’ Training was facilitated by TM Partha Protim Das, TM Qazi Taslim Hassan, DTM, TM Md. Aminur Rahman, TM Mohiuddin Ahmed Sarker Ranju, TM Ahsan R. Aleef, TM Md. Moinul Haque, and TM Nazrul Islam, who delivered specialized training for each club officer role.

The event was professionally emceed by TM Zia Uddin Ahmad, with stage transitions managed by TM Fatema Showkat Jahan Rojy, TM Sharmin H. Sara, and TM Mozzafor Hossain. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Division E Director DTM Mohammad Yeasin Ali.

The success of the event was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the organizing team and volunteers. Registration was efficiently managed by TM S.M. Sharif Ahmed and TM Abdul Mojed, while valuable operational support was provided by TM Sahadat Sadi, TM Rifat Hossain Fahim, and TM S.M. A. Raheem. Special appreciation was extended to District 41 Association Public Relations Manager TM Nazmul Haque Nafis and Area E4 Director TM Mohiuddin Ahmed Sarker Ranju for their outstanding public relations support, which significantly enhanced the visibility and impact of the event.
