Tarique Rahman, Anwar Ibrahim hold one-to-one meeting 

Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has joined a one-to-one meeting with his Malaysian counterpart Anwar Ibrahim here this morning.
  
At 9:30 a.m. local time ((Monday), they held this private meeting on the fifth floor of the Perdana Putra, the Prime Minister’s Office of Malaysia.
  
After the one-to-one talks, a high-level meeting between the two countries will begin. 

The Prime Ministers of the two countries will lead their respective delegations at the meeting. 
 
Foreign Minister Dr. Khalilur Rahman, Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment Minister Ariful Haque Choudhury, State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Aninda Islam Amit, PM's Finance and Planning Adviser Rashed Al Mahmud Titumir, his Foreign Affairs Adviser Humaiun Kobir, Overseas Employment Adviser Mahdi Amin and Foreign Secretary Asad Alam Siam, among others, will be in Bangladesh delegation.
  
According to the Foreign Secretary, discussions at the meeting will focus on establishing greater cooperation between the two countries in various fields, including trade and investment expansion, energy cooperation, the halal economy, workforce recruitment and deployment, the semiconductor industry, agriculture, education, and people-to-people connectivity.

After the bilateral meeting, the two Prime Ministers will attend a formal joint press conference.
 
Following the press conference, Tarique Rahman, his spouse Dr Zubaida Rahman, and members of the accompanying delegation will participate in a luncheon at the residence of the Prime Minister of Malaysia.
  
Prime Minister Tarique Rahman arrived here yesterday (Sunday) on a two-day official visit at the invitation of his Malaysian counterpart Anwar Ibrahim.
