

The Bangladesh Office of the Muslim World League has announced the implementation of the “Eid Meat" Distribution Program for the year 1447H / 2026 in Bangladesh.
Under the program, sacrificial meat will be distributed among beneficiaries across several regions of the country, including refugee camps in Cox’s Bazar. The initiative aims to support underprivileged families and bring joy to thousands of people during the blessed occasion of Eid Al-Adha.
The program’s total value amounts to approximately 500,000 Saudi Riyals, benefiting nearly 45,600 individuals across Bangladesh.

Manager of MWL Mr. Turki Almajdui and representatives from the Muslim World League participating in the program include Mr. Abdullah Al-Zahrani and Mr. Alaa Odeh, will be arriving in Dhaka on May 26, 2026, to oversee the implementation process and ensure the smooth distribution of assistance.
The initiative reflects the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s continued humanitarian commitment and the Muslim World League’s efforts to support vulnerable communities, strengthen solidarity, and promote the values of compassion and social responsibility.
The Bangladesh Office of the Muslim World League expressed its appreciation for the support and cooperation extended by relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia and partners in facilitating the successful execution of the program.
