

Muslima Jahan Diba has been honored with the AI-Driven Accounting Leadership Award – 2025 at the Fourth International Conference on Transformative Innovations in Science, Technology, Nursing and Medical Sciences (NEXTGEN TECH 2025). The conference was held on December 29–30, 2025. The prestigious award was jointly conferred by Eudoxia Research University, USA, and Kanyakumari Medical Mission College & Research Centre, Tamil Nadu, India.
Diba’s research stood out among a large number of international submissions for its rigorous methodology, originality, and strong alignment with the conference’s focus on artificial intelligence–driven innovation. Her presentation emphasized the application of AI models such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Random Forest, and hybrid frameworks in fraud detection and forensic accounting, highlighting how data-driven anomaly detection can strengthen financial integrity, reduce false positives, and support informed decision-making.
The event, which brought together participants from more than 5 countries, among more than 50 participants, only six individuals were honored across all award categories in this Conference. Diba’s selection underscores the global relevance of his work and the high level of competitiveness surrounding the awards.
The NEXTGEN TECH 2025 Award evaluation process was overseen by a distinguished international committee comprising senior academic leaders and industry experts. The committee was led by Chief Patron Prof. Dr. Rhituraj Saikia, President, Eudoxia Research University, USA, and Patron Prof. Dr. Caleb Moyo, Vice Chancellor, Eudoxia Research University, USA. The evaluation was convened by Prof. Dr. Dimitrios A. Karras, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), Greece, with Dr. Edward Haberek Jr., Professor, DeVry University, Arlington, USA, serving as Organizing Secretary. The committee further included Prof. Dr. Rajesh G. Konnur, Pro Vice Chancellor, Eudoxia Research University, New Castle, USA; Prof. Dr. Pratisha Kumari, Vice President, Eudoxia Research University, USA (Coordinator); Dr. Smreeti Mehta, Registrar, Eudoxia Research University, USA; and representatives from the Eudoxia Research Centre, Bangalore, India. Moderation was conducted by Flavia Ceccato, Chief Innovation Officer, ERU, USA, along with Dr. Namrata Kumari, Deputy Registrar, ERU, USA, and Dr. Mukti Srivastava, WRFL, India. The committee was further honored by the presence of Guest of Honor Kumaravel Shanmugam, Lecturer, FDRE TVT Institute, Leather & Leather Products Technology Department, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
With expertise in artificial intelligence, forensic accounting, fraud detection, and advanced data analytics, Diba continues to contribute to research that integrates AI technologies with accounting and auditing practices. Her work demonstrates how intelligent systems can enhance anomaly detection, improve operational efficiency, and support ethical and transparent financial reporting for organizations.
