Distribution of Nutritional Food and Clothing Among Rohingya Children

Under the Child Sponsorship Program funded by the international donor organization Human Concern International (HCI) and implemented by the non-governmental organization Sushilan, a distribution program of nutritional food and clothing was held at the CIC Office Darbar Hall in Kutupalong Rohingya Camp-4, Cox’s Bazar, on Thursday (November 6, 2025) at 12:00 p.m.

A total of 239 children received nutritional food under this program. In addition, 74 girls received sanitary napkins, 145 children received shirts and pants, 41 children received three-piece dresses, 94 children received scarves, 53 children received frocks and pajamas, and 239 children received shoes.

The event was inaugurated by Ms. Suraiya Akter Sweety, Deputy Secretary and Camp In-Charge of Camp-4, who attended as the Chief Guest. Representatives from the Site Management Support (SMS) were also present at the event.

From Sushilan, Mr. Md. Ariful Islam, Project Coordinator, and Field Facilitators Akhi Parvin, Sobhan Ali, and Jahidul Haque attended the program.

Receiving new clothes and nutritious food brought immense joy and excitement among the children. They expressed heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Sushilan and HCI for their continued support and compassion.
