At the prestigious International Royal Golden Fellow Award 2025 Ceremony and the Fourth International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research Trends in European, Asian and African Countries (IRTEC 4.0, 2025), held on October 30–31, 2025, the selection committee reviewed numerous high-quality research submissions. Among these, the abstract submitted by Mr. Rezaul Haque was recognized as exceptionally insightful and closely aligned with the conference theme. As a result, Mr. Haque was selected as one of the distinguished recipients of the Supply Chain Excellence Award 2025, conferred by Eudoxia Research University, USA, and the Eudoxia Research Centre, India.

During the conference, Mr. Haque presented a unified strategic model integrating supply chain resilience with adaptive marketing strategies to reinforce business sustainability. His framework offers managers a practical roadmap for maintaining stability during periods of uncertainty through digital transformation, strategic adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration, ultimately enabling long-term sustainable growth. With participation from delegates representing more than ten countries and awards presented across five major categories, the event brought together esteemed scholars, scientists, academicians, and professionals from around the world. Mr. Haque’s exceptional research contribution was widely acknowledged for advancing data-driven and practical approaches to building resilient, adaptive, and sustainable business operations in a post-crisis global economy.

Mr. Haque’s study makes a significant scholarly and practical contribution by empirically demonstrating the relationship between supply chain resilience, marketing adaptability, and post-pandemic business sustainability. Employing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies including an analysis of 265 firms and 30 executive-level interviews across South and Southeast Asia his research confirms a strong positive correlation between resilience and adaptability (r = 0.78, p = 0.01). Key findings reveal that digital logistics, supplier diversification, and AI-enabled marketing practices can increase customer retention by 35% and accelerate business recovery trajectories. Furthermore, his research introduces a robust Post-Pandemic Business Sustainability Framework, offering organizations actionable guidance for strengthening long-term competitiveness through technological innovation, strategic flexibility, and operational excellence.
