

At the prestigious International Royal Golden Fellow Award 2025 ceremony and the Fourth International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research Trends in European, Asian and African Countries (IRTEC 4.0, 2025), held on October 30 (Thursday) and October 31 (Friday), 2025, Niladry Chowdhury was honored with the International Royal Golden Award for Best Research Data Analyst 2025. The award was jointly conferred by the Eudoxia Research Centre, India, and the Eudoxia Research University, USA, in recognition of outstanding research excellence with meaningful societal impact.
Following an extensive and competitive global evaluation process, the international selection committee honored Chowdhury for his exemplary research paper titled “Business Analytics in Public Health Management: Insights from a Cross-Sectional Study of U.S. Healthcare Professionals.” The paper was widely praised for its depth, originality, and transformative potential in advancing public health operations through data-driven insights.
During the conference, Chowdhury presented his impactful research, offering a critical examination of the adoption and influence of Business Analytics (BA) within the U.S. healthcare system. His study identified key barriers to BA adoption, including: Staff shortages (72%), Data privacy concerns (64%), Budget limitations (58%). His findings revealed a notable digital divide in healthcare analytics adoption, with 78% of larger organizations adopting BA technologies compared to only 42% of smaller organizations underscoring the need for strategic investment to bridge this gap.
The conference featured delegates and speakers from more than 10 countries, including eminent scientists, research leaders, and academicians. Five distinguished participants were recognized across various award categories. Amid this global gathering of scientific minds, Chowdhury’s remarkable achievement stood out as a testament to his exceptional analytical capabilities and groundbreaking contribution to strengthening data-driven healthcare innovation worldwide.

This distinguished international recognition marks not only a personal milestone for Niladry Chowdhury, but also a proud moment for the global academic community especially for Bangladesh, his country of origin. A graduate in Mathematics from the National University of Bangladesh, Chowdhury has been pursuing advanced studies in the United States since 2022 and is currently specializing in Business Analytics at Trine University. His work exemplifies a powerful integration of analytical rigor, innovation, and real-world application, advancing the development of resilient, data-driven public health systems.
