L1 Visa Drive Launched for Bangladeshis

A new horizon has opened for Bangladeshi entrepreneurs seeking to expand their businesses in the United States and secure a brighter future for their families. To highlight this opportunity, U.S.-based international immigration firm, US Area Immigration Services (USAIS), has launched a special L1 Visa Awareness Campaign in Bangladesh.

The campaign is being led by Sheikh Galib Rahman, former officer of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and Alka Madan, a seasoned U.S. immigration consultant and founder of Bay Area Immigration Services in California, with over 22 years of professional experience.

Their extensive expertise in U.S. immigration law, approval processes, and practical applications ensures that entrepreneurs gain a clear understanding of L1 Visa eligibility, requirements, and real-world opportunities.
USAIS: More Than Just Visas USAIS is not just a visa processing company.

It offers a complete solution under one roof, including immigration guidance, legal consultation, accounting support, U.S. company registration, banking assistance, and family relocation services. This integrated approach makes the entire process easier, safer, and risk-free for entrepreneurs and their families.

Who Can Apply, The L1 Visa is designed for companies planning to open a new office in the U.S. or transfer skilled executives/managers to an existing office. Applicants must have at least one year of executive or managerial experience in the past three years.

A U.S. office (new or existing) must be established with a legitimate corporate relationship with the foreign entity. New offices receive one-year approval, while existing offices receive three years, renewable for up to seven years.

Spouses and children qualify for L2 Visas; spouses are eligible to work, while children can attend school. After one year, the family may apply for the EB1C Green Card.

Experts emphasize that the L1 Visa is one of the most direct pathways to permanent residency in the U.S. Through this visa, applicants can transition directly to an EB1C Green Card. USAIS supports clients every step of the way, from company registration and office setup to USCIS-approved business plans, visa filing, interview preparation, and green card processing. With premium processing, results can be obtained in as little as 15 days, while standard processing takes 3–5 months.

With 25 years of global experience, USAIS has helped thousands of entrepreneurs successfully establish their businesses in the U.S. The firm operates 16 offices in the United States and 30 international branches, including in Dhaka, London, Dubai, Canada, Singapore, and Australia. Its unique offerings—comprehensive services under one roof, flexible step-by-step payments, and refund guarantees—set USAIS apart as a trusted partner for business expansion and immigration.

For Bangladeshi entrepreneurs, U.S. business expansion is no longer just a visa process—it is an opportunity to secure the future of the entire family. Under the expert leadership of Sheikh Galib Rahman and Alka Madan, USAIS is making the L1 Visa a more practical, secure, and reliable pathway to U.S. success.
