Actress Tareen Jahan’s father Shahjahan has passed away at Ever Care Hospital in the capital on Tuesday. Family sources said Shahjahan died while undergoing treatment at 1.30pm.

Tareen’s father Shahjahan was admitted to the hospital last December after falling seriously ill. He was taken to CCU on February 7 after his physical condition deteriorates.

Tareen Jahan told media that her father did not have corona. He had been suffering from old-age complications for a long time. He was given life support yesterday.

Tareen Jahan’s father Shahjahan was a businessman by profession. His mother Tahmina Jahan is a housewife. Tarin Jahan is the youngest of five sisters. Many of the showbiz people have poured their condolences over the death of Tareen Jahan’s father.
