Altamis Nabil Honored Among JCI Asia-Pacific’s 110 Most Influential Members

Md Altamis Nabil, a prominent youth leader, development activist, and ICT professional from Bangladesh, has been named one of the 110 Most Influential Members in the Asia-Pacific region by Junior Chamber International (JCI). The prestigious recognition was announced during the celebration of JCI’s 110th Founding Anniversary in Manila, Philippines on 18th July, where global changemakers and youth leaders gathered to mark the milestone event.

Nabil was recognized for his impactful contributions to youth development, digital empowerment, and community leadership across South Asia. As a National Executive Vice President of JCI Bangladesh and Development Officer of JCI Asia Pacific Development Council (APDC), he has played a pivotal role in fostering entrepreneurship, skills training, and regional collaboration among emerging leaders.

The award was received on his behalf by JCI APDC Chairperson Sarasin Soegomo during a formal ceremony in Manila.

"I’m deeply honored and humbled to receive this recognition. This is not just a personal achievement but a proud moment for Bangladesh. It proves that with dedication and purpose, we can positively represent our country on the global stage," said Md Altamis Nabil in his message following the announcement.

A tech evangelist by profession, Nabil also leads as the CEO of Youth Upskill Network (YUNet), also working as Head of Managed services in MIAKI, and is a published author and filmmaker. He has mentored thousands of youths across Bangladesh and South Asia on innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

This global honor adds another milestone to his decade-long journey of building a positive, empowered Bangladesh through visionary leadership and grassroots impact.
