In addition to receiving the Best Data Analytics Award, Rabi Sankar Mondal captivated the audience with his powerful keynote address on “A Machine Learning Approach to Early Intervention and Personalized Treatment for Chronic Disease Management.” His talk highlighted how machine learning can be implemented in a novel way to address the worldwide burden of chronic kidney disease (CKD), attaining remarkable accuracy and interpretability. In addition to demonstrating technical skills, Rabi's research promises practical applications in early disease identification and individualized care by utilizing algorithms. His dedication to addressing important healthcare issues with data-driven solutions is honored by this award.
Rabi Sankar Mondal’s research also explores the intersection of quantum computing and machine learning to tackle the complexity of cancer genomics. By applying quantum-enabled algorithms to high-dimensional genetic datasets, the research seeks to uncover subtle mutational patterns and epigenetic markers that classical methods often miss. Rabi also worked rigorously on topics such as AI-Driven Predictive Analytics in Healthcare. The study presents a two-pronged AI framework aimed at delivering cost-effective, high-impact healthcare delivery and demonstrates marked efficiency gain streamlining hospital workflows, reducing unnecessary expenditures, and supporting healthcare systems in delivering value-based, financially sustainable care.
