Japan Education and Career Expo 2025 Held in Dhaka

The "Japan Education and Career Expo 2025" was successfully held on May 17, 2025, at Hotel Sarina, Dhaka, organized by Sakurazaka Japanese Language & Cultural Center.

The event was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest: Mr. Md. Shish Haydar Chowdhury, Honorable Secretary, Ministry of ICT

Special Guests included: Mr. Md. Mahbubur Rahman Bhuiyan, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, Ms. Hasna Jahan Khanam, Additional Secretary (Administration), Ministry of Liberation War Affairs, Dr. Md. Atikul Islam, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Shipping, Ms. Johura Khatun, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, Mr. Fujiwara Takashi, Former Member of Parliament, Japan, Mr Takanaga Kubota, Chairman World Net Education Group.

The event was chaired by: Mr. Md. Monirul Islam, Former Secretary and Ambassador

Welcome speech was delivered by: Mr. Mozammel Haque, Chairman, Sakurazaka Japanese Language & Cultural Center

With the enthusiastic participation of a large number of students, the event was a grand success.

Prominent Japanese institutes took part in the expo, where students had the opportunity to interact directly with university representatives regarding admissions. Additionally, valuable insights were shared on career prospects for Bangladeshis in Japan.
