From the fun of watching the moon during Eid al-Fitr to the Chinese New Year custom of "staying up all night" the Chinese and Bangladeshi employees sat together and chatted, and bursts of laughter rang out from time to time in the restaurant.

In recent years, through a series of measures such as setting up prayer rooms, issuing marriage and childbirth condolences and flexibly arranging Ramadan workload, cultural respect has been integrated into management details.

A Bangladeshi engineer with three years of work experience told "Our Chinese colleagues not only understand our festivals, but also our hearts. This kind of respect from the heart has truly brought our operation and maintenance team together as one family."

When the Chinese and Bangladeshi employees bite off a piece of biscuits that blend the flavors of the two countries, they tasted not only food, but also the sweetness of mutual learning of civilizations.
