Kawser Ahmed in Sylhet becomes millionaire buying Walton freeze

TBT DESK: Kawser Ahmed from Sylhet became millionaire awarding Tk 10 lakh after he had purchased a Walton brand refrigerator under the "millionaire" offer of the company's nationwide ongoing Digital Campaign Season-22.
Prior to him, Ali Martuza, a small trader from Dhaka, Rasel Fakir, a college student from Charbhadrasan upazila of Faridpur, and Khokon Mia, a farmer from Netrokona, became millionaires through buying Walton fridge in Season-22.
Popular film actor Amin Khan, Walton's Chief Marketing Officer Zoheb Ahmed and Walton Fridge's Chief Marketing Officer Tahasinul Haque handed over a cheque worth Tk10 lakh to Kawser at a programme held at Walton Plaza Kanaighat branch in Sylhet on Tuesday.
In season-22, customers are offered Tk 10 lakh on the purchase of Walton brand fridge, AC, washing machine or BLDC fan from any Walton Plaza and distributor outlet across the country. In addition, crores of taka sure cashback are also available for customers. Customers will enjoy these benefits until Eid-ul-Azha this year.
Under the campaign, Kawser Ahmed had purchased a fridge from Walton Plaza Kanaighat branch at Tk 25,500 on 5 March, 2025. After that, his name, mobile number and the model number of the purchased fridge are digitally registered. After a while, he received a message from Walton on his mobile with the notification that he was awarded Tk10 lakh cashback. Awarding Tk 10 lakh, Kawser said, "This Eid will be the best Eid for my family. Thanks to the Walton authorities."
The cheque handover ceremony was also attended, among others, by Walton Plaza's Chief Divisional Officer Sumon Mia, Divisional Credit Manager Maksud Alam, Regional Sales Manager Sahadat Hossain, Regional Credit Manager Touhid Bin Monoar and Kanaighat Branch Manager Aminul Islam.
