"Rising Scholar Award 2024: Honoring Over 500 GPA 5 Achievers in Sylhet, Organized by LSA Education

On December 27, 2024, LSA Education Bangladesh hosted the "Rising Scholar Award 2024" ceremony at the Grand Palace Hotel in Sylhet, celebrating the exceptional achievements of students who attained a GPA of 5 in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations. The event aimed to recognize and inspire academic excellence among the youth of Sylhet.

The ceremony was presided over by LSA Education's Country Manager, Ms. Lubaba Chowdhury, and Assistant Country Manager, Mr. Amit Mahmud. Distinguished guests included Mr. Shahnewaz Hossain Joy, a lecturer at BRAC University and a prominent youth icon, along with professors from universities within the Sylhet division. Representatives from various international universities, including those from the USA, UK, and Canada, also graced the occasion, underscoring the global educational opportunities available to Bangladeshi students.

In her address, Ms. Chowdhury emphasized LSA Education's commitment to supporting talented students across the country. She announced that the Rising Scholar Award program would continue as an ongoing initiative to motivate and inspire academic excellence nationwide.

Mr. Amit Mahmud highlighted the organization's efforts to provide comprehensive support to students aspiring to study abroad, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and guidance to succeed in international academic environments.

From Canada, LSA Education Bangladesh CEO Mr. Abdur Rahman and Director Mr. Abubakar Chowdhury extended their heartfelt congratulations to the high-achieving students of Sylhet. They reiterated LSA Education's dedication to fostering educational excellence and facilitating opportunities for Bangladeshi students on a global scale.

Special guest Mr. Shahnewaz Hossain Joy spoke passionately about the vast potential for talent development among Bangladeshi students. He encouraged students to pursue their academic goals with determination and to take advantage of the opportunities provided by organizations like LSA Education to further their education and careers internationally.

The Rising Scholar Award ceremony not only honored the academic achievements of Sylhet's top students but also served as a platform to inspire and motivate the next generation of scholars to strive for excellence and to pursue their dreams on both national and international stages.
