Bangladesh U19 to face Pakistan in U19 WC

DHAKA, — Bangladesh Under-19 team will take on Pakistan tomorrow (Friday) at Potchefstroom in South Africa in their last group match of the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup in a bid to become the champion of Group C.

The match will be held a day affairs while their senior two national sides will lock horns in first T20 International in Lahore.

Both of the team however confirmed their Super League Quarterfinals places after beating Scotland and Zimbabwe.

At the moment the young Tigers are in the top position by virtue of net-run-rate.

In their first match, Bangladesh beat Zimbabwe by nine wickets through D/L method after rain interrupted the proceedings of the match.

The Bangladeshi youths then crushed Scotland by seven wickets after bowling them out for just 89 runs.

Pakistan also whacked Scotland past by seven wickets after shooting them out for 75 runs before they sealed a 38-run win over Zimbabwe.
The recent performance of the both team suggested that it would be an exciting clash when both of them would try to end up as group champions.
