DHAKA, – The Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) brought out a grand rally today on the occasion of sixth edition of prestigious Bangabandhu Gold Cup International Football tournament and Bangabandhu National Football Championship.

The Bangabandhu Gold Cup International Football tournament will begin tomorrow (Wednesday) while the Bangabandhu National Football Championship will kick off on Friday across the country.

The grand rally, led by BFF president Kazi Mohammad Salahuddin, started at the BFF premise this afternoon and concluded at the same venue after parading different roads in Motijheel area of the city.

BFF officials, football lovers, sports organisers and all walk of people took part in the rally.

It will be the sixth edition of the prestigious tournament which is going to be held with the participation of six countries divided into two groups.
Palestine team is the defending champions of the tournament.

Host Bangladesh have been pitted in group A along with Palestine and Sri Lanka while the group B consist with Burundi, Mauritius and Seychelles.
