DHAKA,  – Mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions and the regions of Tangail, Kushtia and it may continue as the temperature may fall further over the country.

Moderate to thick fog may occur over the country during midnight to morning, according to a met office release here today.

Weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky over the country, the release said, adding that night temperature may remain nearly unchanged and day temperature may rise slightly over the country.

Country’s maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded at 28.2 degree Celsius at Teknaf and lowest one today was recorded at 6.2 degree celsius at Tetulia. The sun sets at 5.18 pm today and rises at 6.39 am tomorrow in the cpital.
