Jabbar for coping with new technology at workplace

DHAKA,  – Posts and Telecommunications Minister Mustafa Jabbar today stressed the need for adapting to the modern technology at workplace as it (technology) is constantly changing.

“If people cannot cope with the ever-changing technology at workplace, they will not be able to survive as the future days are not only to browse
internet but also days to cope with updated ultra-modern technology,” he said.

He came up with the call while addressing the closing ceremony of the 68th orientation course of Postal Academy in Rajshahi as the chief guest.

He said people have to acquire knowledge of the non-persistent technology to sustain in the days to come as Bangladesh is going to introduce 5G-
technology very soon in the country.

With Posts and Telecommunications Division Secretary Ashok Kumar Biswas in the chair, the programme was addressed, among others, by, Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC) Member Directing Staff Mohammad Munir Hossain, Rajshahi Postal Academy Principal Md Siraj Uddin and Rajshahi Deputy Commissioner Hamidul Haque.

Tamanna Ferdous and AKM Hasan Habib also spoke on behalf of the trainees at the event.
