Rejuvenated women’s hockey team face Hong Kong tomorrow

DHAKA, – After a magnificent first ever international victory over Sri Lanka, the rejuvenated Bangladesh women’s hockey team embark on a new mission as they face Hong Kong in their third match of Asia Women’s Junior (U-21) AHF Cup scheduled to be held tomorrow (Thursday) at the Sengkang Hockey Stadium in Singapore.

The match kicks off at 6.30 pm.

Bangladesh lost their first game on Monday by a 3-0 margin against hosts Singapore but bounced back with a 2-0 triumph over Sri Lanka in their second match.

The result will definitely boost the women’s in red and green prior to their third match against Hong Kong. They will next take on against two strong sides, Uzbekistan and Chinese Taipei on September 14 and 15 respectively.
