Belgium beat Brazil 2-1 to reach semi-finals

DHAKA  – Finally the biggest upset of this FIFA World Cup 2018 happened, as former World Champions Brazil had to bid adieu from this meet, as dark horse Belgium barged into semifinals with a nerve wrecking 2-1 goals victory over Brazil in the quarterfinal match held in the early hour of the Saturday at Kazan Arena in Russia.

Almost against the run of play, Belgium went ahead in a bizarre manner when Brazilian defender Fernandinho scored an own goal from a corner to give Belgium 1-0 lead in the 13th minutes of the match.
